We have been using the services of Poolside Services since we moved into Hebron Road in December 2003. They were recommended to us by the Property Manger of our Harcourts Browns Bay Office as they were and still are using Poolside Services to maintain their Landlords’ Pools.
During the last ten years we have found them to be very professional, efficient and courteous and nothing is ever a problem.
Being a busy professional couple ourselves, we are firm believers that everyone to their own Profession and Trade, so when we purchased our current home with a pool, we made the decision to use the services of somebody who knows what they are doing and to ensure that our investment is protected.
Whilst there is a charge for this service (during the summer for us it is weekly and for the rest of the year it is fortnightly), we would rather look at it as an investment.
We know that during the last 10 years Hughie has actually saved us money by picking up on something, be it with the pump, filter system, barracuda, or the heat pump that we may not have, and had it been left to us, the cost to replace such items could have been very expensive. When we have discovered that something could be wrong or is not working correctly, they have turned up at very short notice for us.
We believe that Poolside Services are worth their weight in gold and we have recommended them to clients of ours and have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone else.

Poolside Services has been attending and maintaining our pool in the Body Corporate for at least 10 years now.
